I have used creative travel several times and have never been let down. Everything has always been exactly what I expected plus even better. I use Julie Rains and to me she is the best.
We booked our honeymoon through Creative Travel. A month prior to our trip we wanted to change the travel location due to the violence that was occurring in Mexico. It was not until then that the agent informed us our airplane tickets were non-refundable and non-transferrable. She advised my husband that airline tickets being non-refundable and non-transferrable was 'common sense.'
