Typical sales people! – Contacts are very nice until you commit. After that they could care less about your needs. I would not recommend to anyone. Added no enthusiasm and offered no creative ideas for the trip. Folks that work or run the place are boring!
So busy they don't have time for repeat business??? – We used Creative Travel in the past, and were looking to use them again to book a trip in the future. I called three times and emailed four times. I never even got a response. On one of the calls I spoke the a lady who said they were "inundated" with business and didn't have time to call just yet. More than A booking agent, great advice from friendly folks who have probably been there! – We found Creative Travel quite by necessity. We needed to book a family vacation while the family was in town for a weekend visit. Problem was about all the travel agencies in the area were closed for the weekend. All except Creative Travel.
