Poor Customer Services, they won't even listen to what you need, they hang up as fast as flash.
VERY DISSATISFIED!! I started out having a great experience ordering from here. Prices were a bit cheaper than the previous vendor I used so I didn't mind paying Fedex shipping. Sadly, my last 2 experiences have been terrible. My first bad encounter was back and forth emails about what he did and didn't have in stock for an order I was placing. I absolutely love doing business with Mark! He knows his customers and he knows his stuff! I’m in Florida so I usually get my order the next day. I’ve accidentally purchased material I wasn’t familiar with and Mark helped me understand and properly use it. And you won’t find better prices ANYWHERE! He will beat them ALL.
