Top Knotch Creative Surfaces is a well run company. The sales manager Andrea is as knowledgeable and professional as they come. She did a great job helping me make the selection of granite that I picked and delivered when promised. The owner Roy runs a great company with friendly staff that know what they are doing. Thank you guys for the great service and beautiful granite! Looking forward to the next phase of my remodel when I order my next two slabs!
WONDERFUL JOB! My sister and I had wanted to remodel her kitchen before selling it. We were greeted by friendly sales staff. Very efficient and informative. We made our deposit and the workers were there within a few days to template. I had two workers show up to install the kitchen- my only complaint was during the job one worker had to leave to finish another job while the other one stayed to do it alone. Not friendly The owner of this business is the most condescending person I have ever had contact with. I give Creative Surfaces a 2 star only because the floor salesman had been so good at the start of this process. I came into the store today and wanted to put half my payment down and schedule this company to come out so they could make a template for a complete kitchen granite resurface.
