Braider was accommodating and efficient. However, after I left, I realized the leave out hair was knotted and bunched up (not pulled all the way through, and/or didn’t pull it through cleanly. The braids were too far apart, and 4 days later I had to remove the hair and get it redone. For $200, this is unacceptable! The $200 didn’t even include the cost of hair, that was ruined upon install. I will say she was very gentle, but the under braids were fuzzy and loose just a few days later.
Did my starter locks without washing. On the phone the whole time. Went back like a fool, this time no water! Went home and washed, then went back and was charged full price. Never going back!!!
Had to stop and charge my car and it’s infront of this business. I didn’t get any service here but I will say that the people working here were super friendly. I figured they deserve 5 stars just for that. I’m sure the barber services are amazing as well!
