I contacted Creative Stairs for a repair of a broken stair tread that had split in half. I ended up speaking with a man (who does the work) and sent him photos by emailing a woman he works with who handles all the behind the scenes stuff so both of them had my contact information. He quoted me a price and I accepted and he asked to come to the house to look at the step and I agreed on a time convenient for him.
