Deeply disappointed. I purchased over $5,000 worth of socapex cable from them. 2 of 8 pieces showed up defective. Mis wired 7 pin socapex cable disabled my chain motor and threatened my show. All they offered was for me to pay to ship the cable back and they would repair it. Don't use this company or make the mistake of not testing "New" cables when you get them from Creative Stage Lighting.
Absolutely outstanding customer service on my online order. A stocking error occurred on my order and Theresa went beyond the extra mile to make it right, and kept me informed about status throughout until everything was corrected. Absolutely would work with them again!
