They have owed a refund for 3 months and will not return calls or messages. The local office is unresponsive and lacks in diligence. Corporate office states “ they are not accessible to the public “ when requesting meetings or information. The best thing about this situation is my family is no longer in there. I highly suggest doing your homework prior to being sentenced to using them.

I changed to 3 stars instead of 2 because the staff is doing the best they can. Not sure why, but they are continually under staffed. It's heart breaking. What is sad is that the nursing home my 91 yr old mother moved into 3 years ago was so nice. Still fairly new building, beautiful, pretty clean and looks nice. However, as soon as the previous owner sold to the Creative Solutions corporation, over a year ago, they cannot keep staff. The good people keep leaving. It’s like pulling teeth to get refund from these people I’ve used 2 of their facilities for my dad and they will hound you over their payment but these offices take forever to release funds the first facility lake lodge took 5+ months now the last facility heritage at turner park is taking their sweet time my dad has been gone since March … And to add insult to injury, when my father passed away, I didn’t receive a phone call a card or anything not that I was looking for it but I would think it’s just human decency.
