Hailey on the phone is rude and is dry in attitude with response
3 stars because of one unprofessional employee. My dad was in one of your facilities (North Park in McKinney) for rehab for a short stay. He had a wonderful stay and I can’t say enough nice things about his nurse, Leslie, or the therapy team. They were exceptional. The only negative was when I was with him in the dining room for lunch one Friday, and there was an employee there standing around complaining loudly about another pt at a different facility she works in.
