Paid these folk $3,170 for my business and personal tax filings for 2024 in March 2024 and have yet to receive my personal filings. They refuse to answer their phone or respond to emails. Do not do business with this couple. They are completely unprofessional and think it’s ok to take someone else’s hard earned money without returning services paid for.
