I needed a part for my machine. I thought I knew which part. The tech called me back and said she thought I needed a different part. Which I did. She didn't have the part and it was on backorder, but she told me where online did have the part. I want to say a HUGE THANK YOU. Went to Mt. Airy for a little Mayberry sightseeing. I just happened to notice this quilt shop while walking around. Couldn't resist visiting the shop and found some flannel fabric I had been searching for. The shop is really nice. Lots of inventory and a big Bernina selection. Salesperson was super nice. I've also ordered some things online and received my items in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend going to the store.
