The first place I went looking for an obscure sewing need and thankfully they had exactly what I needed. Staff was attentive and friendly. I was in and out with exactly what I needed. A pleasure of a shopping experience and I’m excited to return.

The BEST Staff! So friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The store is well stocked with everything sewing related. If they don't have it, they will order it! I have purchased two Babylock sewing machines from them and love the free instruction that comes with the machine

I attempted to purchase a new sewing machine from this location. I went in the second time with the intent to make the purchase. I was told there was one in stock, but they could not find it in the back. I was told they would have a guy coming in the next day that could move the inventory around, because it was too heavy for them. My name and telephone number was taken and I was told they would give me a call the following Monday. This was on a Saturday.
