We just cannot say enough about how far ABOVE & BEYOND Marc McAdams went to ensure this was a truly positive & memorable experience for us! Marc went out of his way to satisfy us in our purchase of a travel trailer. He was upfront and truthful fulfilling every part of the deal as discussed. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. I have been RVing for over 45 years and have owned everything from a popup to a fifth wheel but have never experienced no pressure sales like i received at this dealership. I attempted to get some service work done to my class A winnebago. They tell me they're booked out two or three weeks. I said no problem how about after that? They tell me they're closed for the upcoming holiday. Again I said no problem how about the following month? I'm told "Look I said we're booked". Just wow...It could have been 2 months out instead of weeks and I would have happily waited.
