Scheduled a last minute (day before) dip removal for my nails, which I was appreciative of; however, the service itself was lacking. The nail tech was pleasant, but drilled nearly all the dip color off for the first step in removal, which I am used to. I did have to report that my fingertips were getting hot due to the drill. Tech placed acetone on, which was left on for 5 or so minutes, and then whatever remaining dip polish on the nail, she attempted to remove with the drill again. She then buffed the nail. Cozy, clean, quiet with atmosphere. My hair has been with Kayla for over 10 years now and it's never looked better. Wouldn't get my hair done anywhere else!
