Creative Refinishing was officially started October 1981 in Lakeland, Florida where it has been ever since. The owner, Wayne Small began in the refinishing business when he entered a partnership in the Craftsman, also in Lakeland in September of 1978. This adds up to almost 30 years of experience.

My review is not based on any work that they did for me. That's because I could never get them to do anything. I guess that he did not want to bother with me or maybe they are not able to do that type of work anymore. I took pieces of my bedroom set in for them to look at twice and sent multiple sets of pictures as requested. When it came time for the estimate everything went dark.
