Was buying through Jo with my sister. The offer was agreed and we were told the house was ours. The building and pest inspection was then organised. A time and date was also organised to sign the contract which all parties were happy with. A couple of hours later we received a phone call saying our offer no longer stood and Jo would be accepting another offer. I understand the offer would’ve been higher however, I would never use this agency again due to that verbal agreement being broken and our time being wasted.
Jo was fantastic in every aspect of the process in buying a property and selling mine. Could not fault.
Absolute gem always available to help in any situation. 100%recommend her as a real estate agent/landlord the last 3 years have been amazing!!
Not quite sure you will ever find someone as honest, straight up and loyal as Jo Lawless. We have had Jo in our corner for as long as we have been in the market, and have not once had an issue with anything. Administration wise, we always get what we need straight away, but most importantly, she looks after all stakeholders, providing a win win for both property owner and renter.
