Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care (PPEC) centers allow Medicaid eligible children from birth through age 20 with medically-complex conditions to receive continual medical care in a non-residential setting. When approved, children can attend a PPEC up to a maximum of 12 hours per day while receiving nursing services, personal care, developmental therapies (PT/OT/ST/CRT), and caregiver training.

Working as a nurse was an incredible experience to me. Taking care of this children was special to grow in my career . All team working together to give excellent care making a positive impact in the children and their families. The place is clean and the staff is friendly.
My child went to the location at coconut creek. If your child is going pay attention. They lied about my child getting therapies and never got therapies, they said he would not be on the bus no longer than 30mins when he was only 10 mins away. They said he was getting fed and wasn’t remind you he was gtube because he was on the bus 3-4 hours going 2-4 coming home. Check the Acha report I had to file about them lying about feeding my son and lying about therapies and having the children on the bus 3-4 hours coming and going. ... read more

The nurses and therapists are truly great with the kids!! Everyone there is friendly and they communicate very well needed. I truly recommend this ppec!!!!
