Creative Pools & Design took care of everything—design, permits, and construction. The whole process went smoothly. Nate was easy to reach and always got back to us, which made things a lot easier. The pool and spa turned out great, and we’re really satisfied with how it all came together.
Best part was working with Chuck. He was responsive, listened to what I wanted, and created the design I imagined. All projects have their glitches but he was responsive and attentive throughout the project. Highly recommend.
I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Creative Pools. I was really nervous about taking on a big project like a pool but they made the whole process seem easy and I ended up with a beautiful product. I had a specific deadline, as I was hosting my parents 50th Anniversary party, and they made sure my backyard was complete and meticulous before the big date. Don’t believe their website claims of being the #1 most reliable contractor in SoCal who offers white glove service as they’re simply just words.
