DO NOT have them install a pool at your house. Was a complete nightmare. Shotty and incomplete work with multiple excuses. Water pours into my pool when it rains, the warranty on my diving board is void due to Brandon drilling additional holes into it because he installed crooked, water features installed crooked, the bottom floor is lumpy everywhere, contractually they were supposed to install a swim in, didn’t receive it. These are 100% facts. DO NOT USE THEM TO BUILD YOUR POOL, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

Creative Pools built Mr. ***** ******* a beautiful pool. The pool was built exactly per contract. Mr. ***** *******was happy through out the entire process. When pool was completed and we asked for our final payment, Mr. ***** *******refused to pay. Creative Pools has sued Mr. ***** *******because he would not pay his final payment.
