Stay away! I had him install a new concrete pool deck with a Kool Deck overlay. In less than 2 years, the overlay was peeling, and the concrete cracked. I reported him to the BBB and to the Attorney General in NH. No satisfaction. Keep your distance from Creative Pools (a.k.a. Creative Construction).
