Dr Thompson has literally saved my foot. I highly recommend this clinic.
Kim is the best! She is very sweet and provides truly customized orthotics, not like some places where they just scan your feet and claim it is customized. She takes time wrapping your free in plaster and making the mold to make the orthotics and when you come pick it up she makes sure the orthotics fits in your shoes such as flats etc. She is very accommodating to your schedule and can schedule after work appointments. I would highly recommend Kim!
I chose this clinic to have to my first set of orthotics made because I saw that it is open late and on weekends and I work full time. My first appointment I was left waiting for quite a while and had casting of my feet. We made an appointment for the following monday to pick up my insoles, so I thought. I showed up on monday and there was a mix-up and my appointment was apparently scheduled for the following monday, I was told to come back on thursday instead.
