Horrible attitude from when we walked in, Overcharged for acrylic nails and uneven, messy, undercured nails. We nicely brought up an issue and were met with immediate attitude and disrespect with the nail tech repeating “No I know you don’t”. Not how you treat paying customers when you know they are getting birthday nails done. Take your money to clean, respectable nail techs who will listen to your choices and respect you.
The whole place feels like a hidden gem: clean, peaceful, and designed for real self-care. The staff is so welcoming, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. My nail tech was amazing — super detail-oriented and talented. I showed him an inspo picture and they matched it perfectly, if not better. Terrible place. First, the Gel X nails are the same as any pharmacy and they didn’t have the colors we asked for. When we told them it wasn’t the color we chose, they started getting aggressive and saying things to us in their language in a rude way. We told them it wasn’t what was agreed upon — over the phone they told us $55, then there they said $65, and because we asked for French they said $75.
