Super disappointed In the experience. I came here based on their reviews, and the results are not reflective. I mentioned to my technician several times during the process that I was concerned about the shape and texture of my nails. On completion of the treatments, I also told her There was a ton of extra material under my fingernails that needed to be cleaned, which she proceeded to wipe off clearly very annoyed I had asked. I visited creative nail spa for the first time today. I am very pleased with my new favorite stylist, Keri! My pedicure was very relaxing and was finished in a timely fashion. My manicure was acrylic dip, in a pointed almond shape. Keri pays very close attention to detail. Including the shape of the natural nail blended with the acrylic. She’s very honest and helped me decide between color, shape, length and top coat. I look forward to visiting Keri again at creative nail spa for many more perfect nail sessions!
