The guy bill who did my nails made all my nails medium except my thumb it was extremely short and when I asked him to please fix it to match all the other nails , he kept insisting that its all the same size, now i have to go home to fix it. So much for going to get my nails done and relax. Thanks for nothing
Came here for a gel color change. The technician did not have to change the shape of my nails.. just remove previous gel and about 6 tiny rhinestones using a clippers. New color was just color no design. So I had a basic color change and was charged 35$. This is so insane.. and the color is bad. The technician did not know how to apply nail polish correctly and used multiple thin layers… left brush strokes and you can see this in the image. So unhappy with this service and so over priced.
