I went to there for an appointment and I am not a regular. I was seated in front of one of the men there and he didn’t know how to do an ombré fade on nails so he asked if I could wait for the woman that works there to get done with her client. I went in to get my gel soaked off and a regular manicure to replace it. There were spots of gel and glue left over and the shape of my nails ended up being uneven. I waited more than 30 minutes to have my service finished after my nails were wrapped, there was no oil or moisturizer put on my naisl/fingers after the acetone. The edges of my nails are still rough after the manicure. I was made to pay before it was finished and I believe it's because my nail tech knew they hadn't done very well.

Absolutely blown away with what an amazing experience I had at this salon! So clean, so kind, GORGEOUS work and the kindest people ever! Tim did an Absolutely amazing job on my pedicure and nails. He did my dream nails so well for my birthday! I can't wait to come back ❤️

I’ve been seeing Trân for about two years and am always impressed and happy with my nails! I do dip and bring in a picture of some sort of design, and he always goes above and beyond to make it perfect. I am hard on my nails, and they always last up to 3 weeks no problem. Always welcoming & clean. Definitely recommend!

Definitely good at what they do! Very clean, good vibes, nice music. This was my first visit and I will definitely be returning. Edit: I have been coming faithfully every 2 weeks since my first visit 2 months ago. I drive 45 minutes just to come here. They are super nice and do great work. They take their time and the only salon I've found who does such "crisp" shaping, and can match designs, which is exactly what I've shopped around for. No complaints!
