I’m really disappointed with my recent visit to this salon. The technician who worked on my nails was clearly inexperienced. He began by cutting my natural nails while the dip was still on, which caused damage and pain—then tried to place the blame on me. I required an acrylic nail due to the damage caused by cutting the nail with the dip still on. He continued to file my nails for over an hour until they were paper thin. I really really enjoyed this experience. So when I scheduled my appt I was sent a text confirming. And in the days leading up to the appointment I was sent a couple more texts reminding me of the date and time. Which I really appreciated. My nail tech was Minh. He was friendly, very welcoming, and fun to talk too. He can do ANYTHING you want, any shape, style, technique, charms, whatever. Basically anything you can find online, he can recreate.
