Bad experience. I was in town on vacation and decided to stop in for a full set and pedicure. When I came in I had gel polish on my toes. I picked out a gel color and asked for the tech to put it on both my nails and toes. I was charged $70 for both services but when I left I noticed that it looked as if my colors were different on nails and toes so I called in the next morning and the manager told me to come in and she would fix it. At one time this was my favorite nail place.... in last year they have really gone downhill. I received the worst manicure ever from there recently and will not go back again. I asked for a shine/buff instead of clear coat and she just sent me out the door without buffing the nails at all. My ten year old could have done better. Pedicure was rough and not as attentive to detail either. I used to go every week with my daughters but we will find another salon.

I went here with my daughter, sister and mother. I made appointments a day earlier. We arrived and were seated promptly. We each got shellac manicures and pedicures. The cost with tip each was $63 ( not a cheap outing). The service was adequate but felt rushed because they were busy. The next day, my mother's gel polish was mottled and faded. We returned to have it redone and of course they wanted to just polish over them...unacceptable. They were so rude and insisted my mother had bleached them..absurd. I demanded an apolog... read more
