The results from the pedicure are okay. It’s not what I originally wanted. I think the lady didn’t take enough time in the service, it all went by really fast. I had to ask them to do or repeat the steps. They didn’t scrub, or exfoliate at all.

I’ve been to this salon once before and accepted low quality service as they have low prices, however today I didn’t receive a service at all. I booked an appointment for 2:30 pm, showed up 15 minutes early, and the salon was locked. I called the number on the door and a woman answered the phone saying she was busy until 6, and I could “stay there or come back later.” Again, I BOOKED an appointment and was told to come back 3.5 hours later. This is extremely unprofessional and reflects poorly on the salon.

didn't soak off my previous set like i asked, used acrylic instead of gel like i asked (charged me extra for "gel" and the god awful design), no nail is uniform in shape at all, messed up the cat eye design, and i mean just look at the reference pic vs what i actually got 😭 and they started chipping after less than 24 hours. im not even going back to get them fixed im going somewhere else. thanks for wasting my time and money i guess🤷🏻‍♀️
