I would normally give this place five stars, but today of all days when it’s most important that I get great service and to have my appointment start on time because it’s my birthday and I’m catching a flight out of town tonight it doesn’t, I schedule an appointment almost a week ago for a 10 AM appointment and when I walk in the nail tech that is supposed to do my nails is not there. I moved to the area this past summer. We were staying in a hotel until are house became available. My nails needing some TLC and this was the first nail place I seen close to our hotel. From my very first visit I knew I found my nail lady (Bella). I have never looked anywhere else. The service from getting a manicure to pedicure has been top notch. Today I went on for a fill and my hands are so try and cracked. Bella went the extra mile to ask is if I had a few minutes so I could soak my hands in wax. My hands feel so wonder... read more
