Very disappointing experience today. I have been coming here every 3 weeks for a year. I've always been very happy with my service. Today, I went in for a Gel-X refill and was assigned Tommy. Tommy rushed through my service and did not clean up my cuticles. Due to this, there looked to be a gap as if I never had them filled. I went to a pedicure. I chose the $42 basic pedicure. I actually asked she not do all the massaging type stuff because I was in a time crunch, I do appreciate she was willing to skip that for speed purposes. However, when I went to check out I was told it was $63. She had told me to do dazzle dry, which I guess was $10 extra, and she did remove some gel toes so another $10. I wish she had told me before.
