I manage an upscale apartment community in Tampa and Creative Multicare is my carpet cleaning partner. They are dependable, their rates are competitive and they're dependable.
If I had a choice of not leaving a star I wouldn't. They installed a hot water heater and did NOT connect the wires for it to work, left a mess out on my sidewalk and wouldn't come back when I told them it wasn't working. I wouldn't let them bathe my dog! I don't think their staff are licensed for the jobs they do! Beware!
Their technician shut down the water to over 20 buildings because of the drainage in one building. All they needed to do was shut down the water to the one building. When you call the answering service they're extremely rude they continuously hang up and they're unwilling to do anything to help unless you are a direct customer of theirs. Meanwhile the people in the apartments have no water as of 6:00 p.m. on a Saturday night for the third day in a row. It’s been days since Creative Multicare refinished the tub in my apartment and I’m still cleaning up after them. My entryway, kitchen, shoes, and other items were covered in dust or whatever chemical they used. (I don’t know what they used because they refused to send me the Safety Data Sheet information when I asked them). Even worse it seems like they used my mop to wipe up some of their chemicals.
