I never take the time to write reviews, but my experience at Creative Millwork today was bad enough that I felt I needed to. Dani , the salesperson I worked with, was extremely rude and made me feel rushed from the moment I walked in. She repeatedly cut me off while I was talking, and I honestly felt like I was bothering her. I even asked if I needed an appointment because of how uncomfortable I felt being there. Over several homes we’ve installed Pella, Andersen Renewal and Marvin Elevate windows..First, installers tell me the Marvin’s are better quality. But this review is to extoll the exceptionable service and follow up support provided by Creative Millwork, specifically Ray.
