The audible alarm went off the other day on the Respironics Everflo Q that's supplied with CMS. I immediately called the office and was informed that CMS NO longer has a contract, (possibly closed their doors?) in the South Florida area and therefore would NOT be able to assist me. I asked what would they recommend, and she suggested contacting my doctor to refer another company. WTF?
