A team of 4 came over this morning, checked the work and gave the price. What fascinated me was the customer relation charisma they posses. I allowed them start work but didn’t expect so much to be done. On completion of the work, I noticed they replaced the bricks and it was a very neat job. Thank you once again.

My job done by these guys was lovely. They paid close attention to every detail and gave my house a perfect finish. First chimney was repaired and looks just as new. The team made extra efforts to check the other chimney and gave it some finishing that would prevent any possible future leaks or damage.
Ed was extremely responsive and was able fit us in very quickly based on our timeline. Workers were very good and left a very clean workspace. Great communication and loved the follow up phone call!
So responsive when I called them...when I could not get a timely response from another company. They came out on a Sunday to take out a fireplace that I discovered in my new home and did not want at all!! Because of them, I was able to move into the house and start using that room much much sooner than I had originally thought. I could not be happier!!
Just used this company for a chimney rebuild. Very professional and responsive. The rebuild looks better than my original chimney!
We used Creative Masonry & Chimney to remodel our fireplace this past summer and I highly recommend them. Rather than having us select a design from a few stock options, Ed had us describe what we wanted and then set about building that. The crew was great and the final result completely transformed the room.
