I had a 10-minute conversation with the CEO, and it was both humbling and refreshing. He was approachable, knowledgeable, and genuinely present in the conversation. What stood out most was his deep understanding of every aspect of the business—there was no passing me off or surface-level talk. It reminded me how important it is to never become too big to engage with people one-on-one. That level of leadership and accessibility speaks volumes about the company.
Editing my review : Lanz reached out to us to forgive him and not to tell anyone. We opened our account again and Lanz insisted that we need to provide our card details to do so. We found out that our card was used by him as we were able to reach out and get the information from the platform that he used in the Philippines. I have been a proud customer of CMI for nearly a decade. Danny really makes life easy by fully explaining everything. I've seen the best changes over the years as well. They hear our suggestions and they put it to work. I have THOUSANDS of clients and business partners to redeem vouchers and I've never had an issue.
