We gave Wendy a 10k deposit to look for a surrogate and never heard from her again. We never had a candidate to interview or review. There was little to no communication over many months. When we asked for our money back she refused. This was a horrible experience. Other agencies we have contacted do not require a deposit, money is only exchanged when an appropriate candidate is obtained.
Words cannot express how highly I recommend Wendy and her team. There were no questions too big too small too weird to plain that weren’t answered with patients and Grace. Our family is complete and we owe it all to Creative LoveThrough every step of the process they were there with us 100% finding the right Surrogate for our family. She was very thorough and detailed and went above and beyond.
