They're definitely trying their best but with Lauri moving on from her work there it's just not that great. Unfortunately it seems educationally the workers have some dated knowledge. It's important to stay up to today's standards of education when it comes to others mental health. It's a question of safety and ethics not personal quandaries. Although I'm sure everyone here is trying their best which is always appreciated especially when time's have become so difficult.
