Very disappointed with the quality, especially for such a high dollar sectional couch. The sofa also did not arrive in the leather grain that was expected, and the color was completely different from what was ordered. Customer service was not helpful throughout the process. To make matters worse, the retailer refused to issue a full refund, which is truly mind blowing given the circumstances. I am now out a significant amount of money with no furniture to show for it. Yup!!!! Creative Leather is expensive, but we are so very happy we finally decided to take the plunge and make the purchase. Our journey has been long. We recently remodeled our entire home, including all new furniture. We made the mistake of buying a sofa set from a local popular furniture store, only to be disappointed several months later because of lack of quality. Frustrated we started looking at couches again.
