Gorgeous Leather Furniture excellent!! Everything about are experience was great from store to delivery. We had very difficult delivery and the Delivery guys were more then happy to go through the obstacles to get it in our home. They were very nice and polite and handled it very professionally. Are furniture looks fantastic and we look forward to doing business with them in the future!
Repeat Customer I have had a sofa, loveseat and 2 chairs from Creative Leather in my home for 8 years now and they still look almost as good as when I bought them. So its no surprise that when it came time to get some new furniture, Creative Leather was the first place we went. It was quite a pleasant surprise to walk in and see the same salesmen that worked with us 8 years ago!!! With so many Furniture companies going BK these days it was nice to see one so stable through it all.
Disappointed My father purchased a Leather Sectional Sofa $5,000 , January 2007. He was instructed to rotate the cushions and was instructed how to do this correctly. He was told to do this weekly, which he did until about the last year and now only every 3 weeks. Well what has happened is the sofa cushions have a strip of Velcro (Velcro hook side) that is to stick to the fabric on the bed of the sofa. There is no "Velcro loop" attached to receive the Velcro but instead it sticks to the fabric. If you remove , even gently as... read more

poor customer service and false promises Horrible customer service. Spent $9000+ on a couch - promised 6-8 weeks for delivery, took 12 weeks...then it was delivered with the wrong materials and they refuse to correct or replace it. Never been so disappointed in a company and how the head of "service" has handled it. Call 12 for Action..
Not Just Leather I found this store because one of my best friends had an awesome cocktail table from Creative Leather. I would never have thought to go there for all my knick knack stuff, but they have very unique things you just don't see anywhere else!!

Large inventory Large inventory dozens of fabrics which will match any home surrounding. Customer service was good to deal with when we had a problem. Overall we had a good experience.
