Having been a loyal customer of Creative Lawn Care for a number of years, I heeded their recommendation in the fall of 2021 for a $510 Cinch bug treatment to address some localized damage attributed to the bugs. Terrible!Started using this company on the praises and suggestion of my neighbor. Always had used True Green before switching to Creative Lawn. With True Green my lawn looked lush and beautiful. Actually had people stop to tell me how nice my yard looked. With Creative Lawn I now have ***** spots all over as well as way too many flowering weeds! Like the other comments, I too purchased a package in full up front and then was auto-renewed without consent. They claim the tiny type on the fold of the invoices that they left each month authorized them to do that. Because it was paid in full, I did not look at the invoices. When I called them about this, they would not remove the charge and sent me to collections. I would HIGHLY recommend not using this company due to their shady billing practices and horrible customer service.
After being a customer for many years, we cancelled our lawn service with Creative Lawn Care. During a resent treatment, the person treating our lawn hit the mailbox knocking it off off the post. A note was left for us which was appreciated but after weeks of trying to get the company to fix the mailbox to our satisfaction, we decided to replace it ourselves and cancel the lawn service.
