I ordered 2 units in May, it is now mid august and the company will not respond to emails or to phone calls. I have not received our order and have no updates.

We ordered three units in February 2022, and here we are in December and only two have been sent to us. There has been no response or acknowledgement of our trying to contact the company since October 2022. I am happy to say that the company has reached out. I'll be increasing the stars once the order arrives. The quality is very good but I was cranky about the lack of response. I'm looking forward to receiving the last of our order in January.

I feel that they are watching their call display.
