Don’t work with this company, the stress and headache you will have during the entire process is ridiculous. Shad (a part owner who basically runs the entire operation) is a classic sales bro that is driven by ego and status. And that’s about it. He claims he’s “the visionary” with decades of experience in his field but has driven his company full steam into the ground multiple times. Review from a previous employee- This place is not worth it. For potential customers or workers. First thing first, the pay. It’s well below average for a construction job. The price range they put on ads is incorrect and not attainable. This is makes for a very high employee turnover rate. They also did not pay most of the company for several months due to accounting errors.
