I have completed over 6000 kitchens in 20+ years, no roc complaints. Yelps logarithm shows a negative review which is the first thing people see when they open my digital door. Yelps system may represent one upset person but is missing the other thousands of satisfied customer. This is a total misrepresentation of my business.
