I'd give Sarah and her crew 10 stars if I could! There is no way this project (new granite counters) could have gone any smoother. When we first talked to Sarah, she asked all the right questions and her quote was inline with another we received. Then the project: crew #1 came on Monday, removed old sink and countertops with no damage to the walls or my tile backsplash. We decided to use Sarah at Creative Kitchen and Bath for our kitchen remodel because the reviews said she was good with out of towners. And she was!! Excellent communication. Attention to detail. Spot on with measurements. She honored our timeline. We are thrilled with our final product.

Do not use unless you have a WRITTEN estimate! Sarah overcharged me from what we had originally agreed on verbally. When I disagreed with her final bill she told me that the subs will just have to sue me. Basically she had already gotten her money from my first 2 of 3 payments and she was going to screw the subs. I paid the bill in full since the subs completed their job correctly. She was the general contractor but had no clue of what or when the subs we're working, Very disorganized. I had a scheduled appointment with Sara to discuss many options available for a kitchen remodel and a home visit. Possible remodel done by late fall, no problem. I received a phone call a week later from Sarah "Minocqua is too far to travel for herself and the staff I was to take my business elsewhere." This business only wants the larger jobs or $$$$
