Don designed a ring for my wife and repaird one pocket watch and rebuilt another for me. He is friendly and interested in his clients, does quality work, and charges a very reasonable price considering the quality.
I am very angry. Apparently, the piece that I took in to be repaired, is not what I was given back. My item has been altered, damaged and feels very, very light. The piece of jewelry I took in was solid gold, but the item I got back is very light. I am really, really hoping that I am wrong, but unfortunately I trusted them completely. Now, I will have to get a REAL professional to look at my item. Why would they do this? Very disappointed.
The best decision I ever made! Excellent customer service and commitment to quality. Very enjoyable to work with.
