I took my watch to have the battery replaced and they broke it. They said they would fix it, it's been about 2 months and I still don't have my watch back. I have to keep calling them and all I'm get is excuses. DO NOT use this jewelry store.. My next step is contacting a lawyer. This was an expensive watch and shouldn't have to be the one contacting them to find out what the hell is going on.

Brought my engagement ring here because 2 prongs were bent. They did a great job. Plan on going back to get it resized soon.

I was able to get links removed from my new watch for 1/4 the price I was quoted by jewelry stores up at the mall. I walked in and waited while the service was completed. The staff was polite and friendly. I will definitely use them again for battery replacement when the time comes.
