Wish I could leave more than 5 stars.. Walked into creative Jewelers needing something that felt impossible to us. Not only did Tim make it happen he did a beautiful job. Thank you Tim we will be back :)
10/10 great customer service
ordered a white gold engraved ring from this shop, and the entire experience was a letdown. First, the ring arrived in the wrong size, even though I had double-checked the sizing when placing the order. To make matters worse, because it was engraved, they refused to exchange or resize it — even though the mistake wasn’t mine. I spent a good amount of money expecting quality and professionalism, but instead got poor customer service and no accountability. Very disappointed and would not recommend this store to anyone.
Tim created 3 necklaces for me that are absolutely beautiful! I needed one of them ready pretty quickly (a gift), and he managed to finish all 3 by that date. I highly recommend Creative Jewelers!
Tim created a wedding band and engagement ring for us using several old pieces. They came out stunning!
