Absolutely unacceptable and deeply unprofessional service. This organization shows a shocking lack of boundaries, with behavior that interferes in clients’ personal lives in ways that are completely inappropriate. What’s worse is that management not only ignores these issues but appears to actively support them. When concerns are raised, instead of accountability or resolution, the response is intimidation and threats to cut off services.
