Horrible customer service. Literally go anywhere but here. I went shopping for a chair here one time and because I am 22 I was not given the time of day because I’m sure they thought I couldn’t afford anything in there. Then I also had an issue and decided to call and whomever I spoke with was INCREDIBLY rude. Like you own a business the least you could do is be nice. It’s time you start listening to people in our age group because newsflash, we can afford nice things 👋🏼
Service is extremely slow. Bought a bed before Memorial Day and am still waiting, going to be Father's Day in a few days. Called a week ago about it, and was told it had just shipped. They must use the Pony Express to ship things. If you need something in a hurry, and it's not in stock, I would recommend going else where. Had I known, just guessing, they wait to fill up a truck, I'd have definitely gone else where. In today's day and age, it shouldn't take a month to get something in.

I hate that you felt the need to put something on social media that is not anyone's fault. 😔 we should have your bed tomorrow on our next truck and it will be right in the time period we told you when you ordered. 2-4 weeks. We will be calling you soon for delivery. We really do appreciate your business and are sorry you are unsatisfied.
