Chris Sanchez sold us insurance that our doctors where not covered under claiming they were. Had no solutions and was no help when we told him about the problem. Blamed a system problem. We were told we had to wait until the next sign up period, pay twice as much for a different policy that he could somehow make work. Asked us for the information he needed to check into it. We provided the additional info and still got nowhere with him. Very bad customer service. Don’t get scammed by this company.
Extremely easy to communicate with. Helped my wife and I find affordable coverage as a freelancer during the COVID19 pandemic.
