I had made an appt last Feb, but couldn't get it done due to Covid. When I called a few wks ago, Ronnie remembered who I was, the amount of my deposit (which they honored) and the tattoo I wanted. I decided to to something different so he referred me to his dad, Ron. He and I spoke on the phone and exchanged e-mails about what I wanted & what would work best as a cover up.
